President of China Association of Engineering Consultants and Secretary General of Shanghai Construction Consultants Association Visited  Bureau Veritas  

On Nov. 4, Mr. Zaosheng WANG, President of China Association of Engineering Consultants, and Ms. Fengzhi XU, Secretary General of Shanghai Construction Consultants Trade Association, visited Bureau Veritas (hereafter called “BV”) Greater China Headquarter. Ms. Jing HAN, Senior Vice President of BV and General Manager of BV Commodities & Industry & Facilities Divesion, Greater China , Mr. Kevin(Wenkai) DAI, Senior Vice President of BV and General Manager of Buildings and Infrastructure Business Group, Mr. Huaqiang Gong, Chairman of Shanghai Project Management Co. Ltd(hereafter called “SPM”), Mr. Yiming WANG, General Manager of SPM, Jack Yang, Director of Buildings and Facility Dept, and Mr. Chuanbao Li, General Manager of Shanghai TJU Engineering Service Co.,Ltd., participated .

During the visit, Ms. Jing Han, on behalf of BV, showed her warm welcome at first for the visit of President Mr. Zaosheng WANG and Secretary General Ms. Fengzhi XU to BV Greater China Headquarter. The project engineering consultancy is one of the most important business for BV in China, to which BV attaches great importance. Mr. Kevin(Wenkai) Dai provided an overview introduction of BV Group and Construction and Infrastructure Business Group, then  introduced the engineering consultancy Joint Ventures of BV China as well as their typical projects and achievements.

During the communication, President Mr. Zaosheng WANG expressed his expectation that BV Group, as one of the international leading engineering consulting company, could involve in more projects to promote the high-quality development of the industry and make more contributions to the engineering consultancy field with BV’s good practice and international experience. General Secretary Ms. Fengzhi XU also showed her earnest expectation for BV to involve in more projects for the industrial development in Shanghai, especially the training of professional talents in the industry, engineering quality and control risk.

During the visit, both parties exchanged views on other  topics of how facilitate the development of engineering consultancy industry.
