Bureau Veritas Granted A Multi-System Group Certificate For JD Intelligent Industry Development Group to Accelerate its Asset-Light Output

On September 23, Bureau Veritas (hereinafter referred to as "BV") issued a group certificate based on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, 14001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the two entities under JD Intelligent Industry Development Group (hereinafter referred to as "JD.ID").

Mr. Hu Wei, Vice President of JD.COM and President of JD.ID, Mr. Li Chen, Vice President of JD.COM, Mr. Li Gang, Director of the Assets Operation Department of JD.ID, Mr. Cui Kai, Solutions Director of JD.ID, Mr. Zheng Bin, Manager of Certification Department in North Region of BV Group, Mr. Yu Changliang, Sales Manager of Certification Department in the North Region, and representatives from both parties attended the ceremony.

Mr. Hu Wei, Vice President of JD.COM and President of JD.ID, delivered a speech at the certificate issuing ceremony: "JD.ID has formed a closed cycle of development and construction, asset management, and capital operation in the field of logistics, and real estates. The cycle has promoted the expansion of endogenous scale and achieved an asset-light output featuring high turnover and high efficiency through the end-to-end capacities. Since the establishment, JD.ID has attached continuous importance to our collaboration with BV. With joint efforts and cooperation of both sides, JD.ID has successfully passed certification on ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Safety System and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety System. Successful completion of the certification project has also laid a good foundation for future collaboration between the two sides. It is hoped that JD.ID and BV will continue to retain in-depth exchanges in testing and implementation of group certification, so as to promote JD.ID's development in system construction."
