Chinese government has been actively building an open and transparent public procurement system and striving to integrate into the international public procurement market.
Faced with such a huge and diversified market as United Nations procurement and international public procurement, Chinese enterprises have always been taking a relatively low share that sticks around 1-2% for a long time, which is against China's cost advantage, product advantage and service trade advantage. Therefore, it has an important implications for China to build a high-quality trade power by increasing the direct share of procurement and international influence of Chinese enterprises in the United Nations and international public procurement markets. Today, CAPUNP and BV signed the cooperation agreement to jointly launch the building of the international public procurement training system, which is an important initiative and a concrete practical matter to implement the instructions of the State Council and the Ministry of Commerce.
In the future, CAPUNP will cooperate with BV to help more "Chinese enterprises", "Chinese products" and "Chinese services" to join the rank of the United Nations and global public procurement!
