OUR APPROACH
A successful implementation requires:
• Definition of the scope of the mission
The client defines the framework and scope of the audit with Bureau Veritas. This includes the specifications of the network to
be audited, the agreed design of the check-list, and the definition of our involvement (frequency of the visits). The format of the
reporting document (customized outputs and Web pages) is agreed with the client in order to meet his expectations.
• Mission
Once the scope of involvement has been defined, Bureau Veritas schedules the audits, identifies for each location the most
appropriate inspector and sends them the audit order with all the required information (technical details, specifications, checklist,
etc).
• Reporting
As soon as an inspector has completed the audit a report of findings is completed and transmitted directly to the Bureau Veritas
local office that will upload the results on the Bureau Veritas website. The Bureau Veritas website is secured and clients are
